By accessing and using Convert365Online ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Convert365Online provides online file conversion and utility tools including but not limited to:

• Image compression and format conversion
• PDF manipulation (merge, split, compress)
• Text and document processing
• QR code generation and scanning
• Data format conversion (CSV, JSON)
• Calculator tools (BMI, interest)
• Advanced conversion tools via CloudConvert API

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload files containing viruses or malware
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Violate intellectual property rights of others

3.2 File Content

You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload and process. We do not monitor or review file content, but we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all file formats
• Specific processing times

5. File Processing and Privacy

5.1 Client-Side Processing

Most tools process files directly in your browser. This means:

• Files never leave your device
• No data is transmitted to our servers
• Complete privacy and security

5.2 Server-Side Processing

For advanced tools requiring server processing:

• Files are uploaded to secure temporary servers
• Processing is completed within minutes
• Files are automatically deleted after processing
• No permanent storage or retention

6. Usage Limits

6.1 Free Tools

• Maximum file size: 20MB per file
• Maximum files: 5 files per operation
• No daily usage limits

6.2 Pro Tools

• Maximum file size: 50MB per file
• Daily limit: 10 conversions per user
• Processing via CloudConvert API

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Convert365Online and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of files you upload and process. We do not claim any rights to your content.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding security or privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONVERT365ONLINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Convert365Online from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Convert365Online operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
